I developed a comprehensive art direction strategy that enabled all brands under Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health to actively participate in the With Pride initiative, championing full equality, inclusivity, and representation for the LGBTQIA+ community and their families. This initiative has been a vital part of our commitment since 2011, with each purchase contributing $1 to LGBTQIA+ advocacy organizations. By creating visually compelling and culturally resonant content, we aimed to not only raise awareness but also foster a sense of belonging and support within the community. This approach not only reinforced our corporate values but also strengthened our connection with consumers who prioritize brands that align with their social values, ultimately enhancing brand loyalty and community engagement.​​
