Kenvue Consumer Health Brands
As Creative Director at Kenvue's in-house Content Studio, I identified an opportunity to enhance our photography capabilities by assembling a team of talented freelancers, allowing us to expand creative resources without overburdening our existing team. By collaborating with all our brands, I defined our photography needs and developed a streamlined process for product and talent-focused photoshoots, resulting in extensive libraries of lifestyle assets that captured each brand's unique identity. This long-term vision and agile production enabled us to execute multiple shoots for 12 Kenvue brands within a year, saving over $500K compared to outsourcing. The high-quality content produced has transformed our brands' social media strategies, allowing for an "always-on" presence that enhances digital appeal and fosters meaningful consumer connections.
